Tuesdays [via ZOOM] 7pm - 9pm
A gathering of WOMEN in the vision of well being, while focusing on the daily challenges of balancing life changes during a pandemic. Meditation and relaxation/grounding exercises, structured problem solving for challenging time management concerns [homeschool/work balance], scheduling self care [sleep hygiene, nutrition and exercise, connection in spirit and stimulating the mind] and managing grief and loss in newly defined relationship roles.
